Lindley Myers

Lindley Myers, co-founder and Vice President of Blue Spiral Consulting, has spent over 27 years working in human services with both field and administrative experience. She has focused on training, curriculum development and consultation projects. As a big systems thinker, she excels at facilitating state Think Tanks, creating smart policy that aligns with current practice models, and consulting on senior leadership, facilitating whole system implementation and organizational alignment with a focus on improving agency culture and climate. Lindley has developed and facilitated child welfare implementations including Signs of Safety, Differential Response, and Child and Family Teaming. She has partnered with systems change initiatives and to design and deliver training in several states. In addition, she has developed and delivered curricula on culturally responsive practice, diversity and inclusion for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and for the Center for Family and Community Engagement at NC State University. Lindley presents at both state and national conferences and is noted for her ability to communicate effectively, synthesize ideas into collaborative work, and facilitate the development of online learning.
