The program for the 2017 International Signs of Safety Gathering has been published, and is available to download here. It contains the complete schedule of presentations as well as a brief outline of what each of them will be about.
There is fantastic spread of presentations including:
- Missouri child protection professionals presenting their work from their statewide implementation
- The first-ever presentations from Cambodian professionals who are using Signs of Safety with whole villages to stop child exploitation
- Kevin Cambell and Dr Andrew Turnell, detailing the partnership and integration of Signs of Safety and Family Finding practices to strengthen both approaches
- System-wide Implementation experiences, reflections and strategies
- A look at the first Signs of Safety IT systems
The Gathering will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, from 24–26 October. There is still time to register for this event, as well as the Towards Safety and Healing in Child Protection workshop with Dr Andrew Turnell and Kevin Campbell on Monday 23 October.
